| Cadeate |
Cadeate es un pueblo situado a
una hora desde la Hueca (La Libertad) y a cinco minutos de Montañita, Cadeate
lleva su nombre debido a una hoja de planta llamada Cade.
Cadeate esta cercana al mar, que
tiene una playa que es visitada por turistas de todo el país. Cadeate se va a caracterizar
por la elaboración de pan, el cual es
preparado en hornos hechos de barro y horneados con leña lo que da un
sabor distinto al pan.
Este pan es distribuido todos los
días a la provincia de Santa Elena y en las zonas cercanas de Manabí.
Para llegar a Cadeate se puede
tomar un bus desde el terminal terrestre de Santa Elena puede ser Coactur o
Manglaralto con un valor de $1.60

Unas semanas antes de la fiesta
del Día de los Muertos se realiza el Pan Fest, un festival donde se reúnen
todas las panaderías de Cadeate mostrando sus productos y participando con
figuras hechas a base de pan de un gran tamaño.
Realizar este corto viaje a
Cadeate lo hice con dos de mis hermanas y mi sobrino, aunque acostumbro hacer
mis cosas solo para no sentir que me presionan y hacer cosas que me aburren
decidi viajar con ellas para ir a comer el famoso pan de Cadeate.

Una gran cantidad de pan y dulces
estaba a la venta el día de hoy, lo que me sorprendió fue un pan con forma de
tortuga que tenía un valor de $5 pero estaba relleno de crema pastelera y
manjar de fresa, aquí la dieta no vale definitivamente.
Me parece una propuesta
interesante que ayuda a incrementar el movimiento económico de Cadeate, este es
su tercer año consecutivo que se
desarrolla este festival del pan el cual incremento la visita de una gran
cantidad de personas que no solo fueron a disfrutar de su tradicional pan sino
de la amabilidad de su gente.
Definitivamente Cadeate y su pan
es el próximo sitio que debes de ir a visitar.

Cadeate is a town located one

with two of my sisters and my nephew, although I usually do my things alone because
I don’t like to feel pressured and do things that bored me, I decided to travel
with them to eat the famous bread of Cadeate.
The large amount of bread and
sweets were for sale today, what surprised me was a turtle-shaped bread that
had a value of $ 5 but was filled with custard and strawberry delicacy, here
the diet is definitely not worth .
It seems to me an interesting
proposal that helps to increase the economic movement of Cadeate, this is the
third year in a row that this festival of bread has been developed which
increased the visit of a large number of people who not only went to enjoy
their traditional bread but also of the kindness of its people.
