La hueca food: Disfrutando del camino

Uno de los grandes motivos de viajar es conocer su gente, costumbres y sobre todo la comida en mi primer post sobre la hueca food hable sobre mariscos que se venden en la Peninsula de Santa Elena, hay muchos lugares que visitar y conocer pero lo mas representativo para comer en la zona norte de Santa Elena es un pueblo llamado Libertador Bolivar donde con su paisaje y su comida atrapan los paladares mas exigentes.

Pescado a la Abuela

Aquí probé un pescado a la abuela, un delicioso filete de pescado con calamar y langostino y una deliciosa salsa de mariscos, un plato digno de regresar a seguir degustando.

Seguimos avanzando y quien no ha comido un ceviche en las carretillas de Montañita no sabe lo que es un buen ceviche, por un valor de $7 este ceviche mixto hecho a base de pescado, concha, camaron, pulpo y calamar.

Montañita aparte de ser un sitio de diversión es un sitio para comer bien, debido a la gran cantidad de extranjeros que se asentaron en esta playa podemos degustar pizzas argentinas, choripanes o parrilladas. Hay comida de todos los países y sobre todo la local. Un crisol de sabores que atraen a los paladares mas exigentes.
