AL FIN EN COPACABANA.
Fuimos los últimos en cruzar la
frontera y llegamos a Copacabana ya siendo las 7 de la noche en Bolivia una
hora más que Perú, el bus estaba lleno de turistas nos dejaron en la puerta de
un hotel para registrarnos, no alcance habitación en ese hotel y tuve que
caminar unas cuadras más para poder registrarme en el hotel.
Una vez que amaneció fui a
desayunar y buscar un tour que me lleve a la Isla del Sol, tomamos una lancha
que nos llevó hacia la isla del Sol, llegando se puede hacer una caminata por
la playa hasta llegar a lo más alto de la isla
y poder observar un hermoso paisaje de toda la isla, luego de una larga
caminata podemos observar las ruinas de la isla . Luego el bote nos llevo a la
parte sur de la Isla, en la comunidad Yumani donde se pude subir las
escalinatas del Inca y llegar a la fuente de la vida.

Una vez que termine mi recorrido
en la Isla del Sol me sente en el malecón a descansar viendo el paisaje y la
tranquilidad que daba la isla.
Retornamos en el bote hacia
Copacabana y tuve que ir a buscar mi mochila porque mi bus salía para Puno y de
ahí salía con rumbo a Cusco. Al fin iba a conocer Machu Picchu esa es otra
historia que debo de contar.

We were the last to cross the border, I arrived to Copacabana at 7 pm in Bolivia. Peru has one hour in addition, the bus was full of tourists so they left us in the door of a hotel to check in, I do not have an available room at that hotel and I had to walk a few blocks to check in at a new one.

In the morning I went to breakfast and look for a tour that takes me to the
Isla del Sol; I took a boat that took us to the Isla del Sol, When you arrive
you can take a walk along the beach to reach the top of the island and observe
a beautiful landscape of the whole island, after a long walk You can see the
ruins of the island.

Then the boat took us to the southern part of the island, the Yumani’s
community where I could climb the stairs of the Inca and watch the source of
life.
Once I finished my tour in the Isla del Sol I sat on the boardwalk to rest, I was watching the scenery and the tranquility overlooking the island.

We returned by boat to Copacabana and I had to go get my backpack because my
bus out to Puno and then I left to Cusco. Finally I would visit Machu Picchu it’s
another story that I have to tell.
