Quilotoa esta situada en la provincia de Cotopaxi a 597 km de la Hueca (La Libertad). Se tiene que llegar a Guayaquil en bus a Latacunga y de ahi tomar un bus. Hay buses que llevan directo a Quilotoa con un valor de $ 2,50 pero salen cada cierto tiempo, la otra opcion es llegar a Zumbahua y tomar un bus o una camioneta para llegar al Crater del Volcan y a su laguna. Pagamos una entrada de $2,50 y podemos disfrutar de este magnifico paisaje. Hay que ir bien abrigado por que el viento que corre es fuerte. Se puede practicar cannopy a $2 por persona y atravesar el lago.

Para llegar a la laguna hay que hacer una caminata por 40 minutos se puede hacer el recorrido a pie o a caballo para aquellos que no tengan buen estado físico, con un valor entre los $10 y $12 subida y bajada del crater.
